To really see the Riviera Maya, consider taking a tour to see all the different parks! Xel-Ha has the largest national aquarium in the area and is famous for the best snorkeling in the turquoise water. Explore Xplor by zipline through the rainforest! At Xplor Fuego the time to visit is at night, because the ziplines and underground river are something to experience with lights. Another activity worth looking into is dinner and a show at the Tlachco Theater, where you can get a backstage tour and witness a show that speaks to Mexican dance and traditions. For ultimate relaxation, there is also a spa that uses holistic experiences based on Mayan and Mexican ancient rituals. THE Infinity Pool: One of the first things you’ll notice at this resort is the 40-meter infinity pool that goes from the resort to the ocean. It is truly spectacular!!!
Hammock and Private Pool: Each room at La Casa de la Playa includes a beautiful terrace with a large daybed, hammock, and your own small pool. What I loved most about these terraces was how private they were and the great views looking out at the ocean.
Jellyfish Aquarium: Guest rooms include a jellyfish habitat on the wall as their commitment to sustainability and conservation. You’ll love this unique room feature.
Chocolate Room: The Chocolateria is stocked with decadent treats created by my master chocolatier Mao Montiel. It is open 24 hours a day and you can stop by this boutique candy store at any time and help yourself.
